DEVELOPMENT OF COLLABORATIVE LEARNING SUPPORT SYSTEM FOCUSED ON DIFFERENT ROLES

In this paper, collaborative learning support system based on roles of students was developed. Students are able to control the object in the virtual laboratory by using haptic device as input/output interface depen ding on their roles. Because difference of roles prevents them from sharing the same information, it is expected that they communicate frequently in order to tell partner about information of experiences. In the experiments, it is confirmed that performance of users’operation is suitable for carrying out arbitrary experiments. Further more, it is shown that users can share information which users cannot experience at the same time by using this proposed system.
