APPLICATION OF DATA MINING TECHNIQUES TO PATENT ANALYSIS - EMPIRICAL INVESTIGATION OVER PATENT LIFE IN CHINA

摘要：

There are some information processing methods used in patent analysis. However the size of patent data base is increased quickly, so some of them become less effective. The data mining is one effective method to find pattern in the massive patent data. According to the concepts of data mining, the paper works out the methodology of analyzing the patent data, especially duration of patent life.
