ANALYSIS OF AMERICAN DIRECT INVESTMENT IN CHINA AND GROWTH POTENTIAL OF SINO-US TRADE
The United States is China’s major trade partner and one of countries of origin of foreign investment. Studying the effect of United States direct investment on Sino-US trade will be benefit for China making reason able trade and investment policies, it has an obvious significance. This thesis started with introducing situation of American direct investment in China, focused on using Dickey-Fuller, Philips-Perron examination and Jo hansen cointegration test to analyze the relationship between American direct investment and Sino-US trade, then it researched growth potential of Sino-US trade from investment perspective.
