Status and Perspectives of Fujian Longan and Lychee Industry

摘要：

The article evaluates the status of Fujian longan and lychee industry.It analyzes many factors which can affect the development of Fujian longan and lychee industry.These factors include geography conditions,climate,variety distribution, variety structure,breed resources,fruit processing and market,planting techniques, main diseases and pests.On the basis,the article points out the problems of Fujian longan and lychee industry and gives some advices.Improper variety structure, uneven development of the industrial chain and slowly development of professional cooperative economic organizations are limiting the development of Fujian longan and lychee industry.Perspectives of Fujian longan and lychee industry are to optimize variety structure and promote fruit science,as well as develop industry association and correlative companies.
