Studies on In Vitro Germplasm Conservation of Litchi

摘要：

Embryogenic calli were obtained from immature embryos of 13 species of litchi (Litchi chinensis Sonn.),such as 'Zaohong','Lvsha','Magonghao','Lanzhu', 'Wuye','Zhuyewuye','Xiafanzhi' and etc.The slow growth conservation was carried out by using nine methods.The subculture time could be prolonged to 100 days by supplementing with 20 g L-1 mannitoi in the medium at 15℃ condition.
