An Innovative Approach to Evaluation of Construction of Container Terminal: Dual Model with ANN

摘要：

An innovative approach adaptable to evaluate construction of container terminal is presented after analysis of container terminal transportation system. Meanwhile a corresponding dual evaluation (horizontal and perpendicular evaluation) model and its application are also provided in this paper in basis of artificial neural network with view to obtaining reliable and accurate final result.
