The Improvement of Enterprises Technological Innovation Competence Based on Integrative Innovation

摘要：

With the economic globalization, technological innovation competence becomes the decisive element to enterprises survival and development. On the basis of analyzing the technological innovation and its systematic characteristics, from the perspective of integrative innovation, , the thesis analyses technological innovation competence from three levels, that is, knowledge integration, technological integration and organizational integration. And concludes that integrative innovation is a realistic path to realize technological innovation competence.
