Interface Risk Management Modeling in Complex Project Risk Management

摘要：

This paper tries to deliver the concepts of interface risk and interface risk management, define three types of interface risks from three dimensions, and build the dynamic processing model of interface risk management with Continuous Risk Management (CRM) Method and Dual-criteria Risk Assessment Matrix as the analytical tools.
