Financial Instruments Innovation and the Promotion of the Financial Competitiveness in China

摘要：

In this paper, we expatiated the current situation of the financial instrument innovation in China at first, and through comparing with foreign financial innovation course, we considered that there exist many defects in the course of financial instruments innovation in china such as low-level innovation, incongruous with the economic development, lacking suitable system environment and derivatives developing insufficiently. Combining with the analysis of the financial instruments innovation and the financial competitiveness, we consider, in order to improve the financial competitiveness, it should adopt the following tactics in the course of financial instruments innovation in China: Cooperate with system innovation, technological innovation etc; Carry on the financial derivatives innovation step by step; System innovation should be perspective; Strengthen financial supervision, etc.
