How Does TIM Realize in Manufacturing Firms - Based On Architecture Study of Two Typical Case Firms

摘要：

After introduced TIM theory and background of case firms, this paper gives an architecture of TIM based on a literature review and TIM. On the literature analysis of two case firms, the score of every architecture item according to strategy stage in two firms are shown. The key factors also are investigated and given primary analysis. As a whole, this article is just verification for TIM framework and a complementary explanation with dynamic view.
