Empirical Study on the Relationship between Total Synergy Degree of Innovation Key Elements and the Enterprises Characteristics

摘要：

Focusing on six key innovation elements namely strategy, technology, culture, organization, market and institution, we carry out empirical study on the relation between total synergy degree of the above innovation elements and the enterprises characteristics. We are about to find out some key factors that enable to improve the technology innovation performance.
