System Thinking for Total Innovation Management(TIM)
In this paper, our focus is an approach specifically geared towards modeling mutual influence and temporal features in social systems. The starting point for this model is an existing theory of punctuated organizational change that has found wide currency in organizational science. This model does not contain detailed subsectors to represent organizational structure. Instead, its relative simplicity is a great advantage here, as it enables a representation of key processes that theories argue shape organizational evolution.
