A Strategic Research to the Cultivation of the Science and Technology Innovation System in the Advanced Manufacturing Industries

摘要：

From the viewpoint of Regional Innovation System (RIS), the paper probes into the characteristics and the problems in the innovation system in manufacturing industries through the analysis of the experience in the advanced areas as Yangtze delta and 625 questionnaires from the enterprises. Furthermore, the author attempts to propose the direction, the principles and the major measures in developing the science and technology (S&T) innovation system in the advanced manufacturing industries.
