Using Buying First, Making Later Strategy to Win the Innovation Competition in China - The Implication of YOFCs Case
Lots of Chinese companies rely more and more on foreign technology to improve their performance. In this paper, based on the case of YOFC, we find the critical technology and market factors for innovation are changing so that enterprises from developing countries can find window of opportunity to catch up when with appropriate strategy.
