Empirical Study on the Relation between Percentage of Stock Held by Major Shareholders and Corporate Performance
A model of corporate overall performance evaluation is established in this article by principle component analysis, and we calculate corporate performance scores on the basis of this model. Considering corporate performance scores as dependent variable, the equity concentration ratio and the equity restriction ratio as independent variable respectively, this article is focused on the influence of percentage of stock held by major shareholders in listed companies on corporate performance by curvilinear regression.
