Barriers to Withdrawal and Opportunity to Realize Technology Stride in Lagging-behind Enterprise
There certainly exists a cost loss and barriers to withdrawal for the enterprises in the course of technological reform, which can offers an opportunity for the lagging- behind enterprises. Based on the research of life cycle of technology and the respective valve conditions, a new opening can be established for the lagging-behind enterprises to catch up with the leading ones in the formation of new economic system and production criterion. And both the developing countries and the lagging-behind enterprises can find golden opportunities to realize a technology stride subsequent to a proper analysis of variables of innovation cost and entry cost.
