Competitive Cooperation Strategy - Coopetition - and the Innovation: A Theoretical Essay
The present essay is based on two basic axles related to the interorganizacionais strategies and the innovation. In the first one, the process of interorganizacionais strategies, in a complexe and dynamics organizacional environment is presented, pointing to the necessity of pay attention, simultaneously, the cooperation and the competition. In a global environment business-oriented, a balance between cooperation and competition - understood as Coopetition, has been stimulated the innovative process in organizations, in order to get higher competitiveness. In the other axle, innovation is considerated as an interative process, that leads to the formation of new interorganizacionais strategies. This subject is emergent and it has been studied under different approaches, which take the important theoretical discuss for the development of the administration. The challenge of this essay is in search for an articulation between the strategy and the innovation, to offer an analytical vision on the subject. The main contributitions of the essay is a framework that articulates, innovation and strategy, in the paradoxal logic coopetitive, the level organizational and interorganizational in a flexible and interactive form.
