The Evaluation of the International Competitive Advantage of Chinese Entrepreneurs Human Capital

摘要：

After Chinas entry into WTO, it is of urgent realistic significance to study the evaluation approach and mechanism of the International Competitive Advantage of human capital of the Chinese entrepreneur. This study firstly compiles the related arguments on the human capital of entrepreneur, and discusses the contents of the human capital of entrepreneur and the evaluation standard. The paper uses multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach to build a complete evaluation system of international Competitive Advantage, and figures out the level of International Competitive Advantage of human capital of entrepreneur.
