The Conflict and Rational Application of the Talent Management
As the most valuable resource, talent relates to the connection, creation and development of the organization. But in the course of organization proceeding and talent management the conflict is inevitable. It is of significance to solve and utilize effectively the conflict for exerting the function of talent and advancing the organization development. Through analyzing the characteristic, type and factor, the constructive opinion to solve and exert the conflict is proposed in this paper.
