Research on the Relationship of Organizational Culture and Technology Innovation
Under the background of the hotly global competition and domestic economic change, how can control technology innovation obtain competitive advantage is becomes corporation concern important question. As a source of sustaining competitive advantage, culture has great impression on the style of technology innovation. Based on the previous research, this paper mainly studies the effect of bureaucratic culture, supportive culture and innovative culture on two different types of technology innovation: product innovation,process innovation.This paper verifies that the organization with different types of organizational culture will select different kinds of technology innovation style. Such proposals will give help to a good selection of innovation style by enterprises and contribute to the theoretic research of technology innovation. In this articles view, enterprises can only enhance his innovative capability and improve his core competency by correctly selecting the innovation style, which should consistent with his own organization culture.
