Interfirm Innovation Networks and Knowledge Creativity
This paper explores the knowledge flow and the knowledge creativity of active nodes in innovation networks. On the basis of the analysis of knowledge innovation and networks, the authers discuss the knowledge flow and knowledge creativity in innovation networks and think that knowledge flow will cause network innovation. A firms knowledge and capability not only derive from the interaction and learning among its members, but also from the interaction and learning between the firm and related partners. With the development of innovation networks, the firm can produce new knowledge, new capacity, and creative ideas by interaction. The power of an innovation network lies in the information and knowledge flow, shared information and knowledge and creative capacity of network nodes, which form the capacity of the whole network.
