Study of Organizational Structure of Firms under the Context of Electronic Business
Using economy and management theories as the analytical foundation, the paper analyses the organizational structure of the firm of the industrial economy age. With the development of net technology and electronic business, the environment under which the firm work has changed, the transformation of the organizational structure of the firm is required. Under this environment, it presents the transformation characteristics of organizational structure based on the electronic business era, i.e. the tendency of network. Then it discusses the composition, management characterization and the operational platform of the net organization, which is fit for the environment. At last the paper presents that the key points of the management innovation of the organization are customer relationship management and the integrated supply chain management. It shows that all those works can speed up and smoothly finish the organization evolution.
