Organizational Innovation Based On Core Competence- Virtual Enterprises
Core competence is entirety of specific capability owned by the organization. The core competence can bring superiority to the organization. Virtual enterprise can catch the opportunity quickly, cut down the cost and improve the competence by using the core competence of every partner. In this paper we analyze reasons of improving core competence by virtual enterprise in management, R&D, production and marketing. We establish a series of first stage index, second stage index, a set of power and a set of evaluation index. The model of fuzzy comprehensive assessment is formed in this paper. In this paper a thesis is put forward that an organizations core competence has different content in different surrounding. When we established the set of power in model we used the thesis. A case is used in this paper. We get the result that the number of virtual enterprise is larger than the sum of all companys core competence.
