Some Fundamental Problems in Technical Management - Starting with Nature of Technology

Different understanding of the nature of technology will directly affect the technical management activities. The paper, on the basis of a deep analysis of the basic contents, basic forms and primary features of technology, points out that, in technical management activities, attention should be focused on such problems as the making out of technical management strategies, the choice of technical management objects, and the choice of technical management approaches.
