A Study on the Mechanism of Technology Spillover and R&D of IT Enterprises
This paper makes an analysis on the mechanism of technology spillover and R&D of two Oligarch IT enterprises in two cases of simultaneous entrance and sequent entrance. The results indicate that it is a dominant strategy for two oligarch IT enterprises to make knowledge spillovers no matter what the difference of market capabilities between them may be in above two cases, simultaneously, it is also a dominant strategy for both of the two enterprises to make R&D unceasing investment if some investment efficiency can be ensured.
