Evaluate on Success or Failure of Enterprise Technological Innovation

摘要：

Based on the choosing of the synthetic evaluating factors from the numerous factors which affect technological innovation, this paper estimated the factors by the least square method and constructed the linear evaluating function based on the main synthetic factors by the grade-two evaluating model, then evaluate whether the technological innovation is successful or not.
