Knowledge Learning, Conflict Management and Relational Capital in Knowledge Alliance

摘要：

Knowledge alliance is a new strategic organizational model. The main aim to enterprise is to learn, but meanwhile, enterprise faces the danger of disclosing core knowledge capital. Relational capital can dissolve the conflict. Then enterprises can realize knowledge learning while protecting core knowledge capital. In the end, the thesis discusses the form mechanism of relational capital in knowledge alliance.
