An Approach Based on Intelligent Multi-agent System to Modeling the Mechanism of the Intellectual Property Conflict in the Operation of the Virtual Enterprises

21st century is an epoch of knowledge economy, to realize the transition from big country to great country of manufacture in china; it is necessary to carry out related research on how to adopt virtual enterprises in china. From the angle of knowledge management, the article studies the mechanism of intellectual property conflicts in the operation of virtual enterprises. At first, the article defines various Agent in operation stage of virtual enterprises; then, it sets up intelligent Multi-Agent System model of virtual enterprises; At last, it analysis the detailed mechanisms of intellectual property conflicts in the operation stage of virtual enterprises. The results of study have certain guidance and reference for the manufacture industry to adopt virtual enterprises better in china.
