Constructing Enterprises Knowledge Management Risk Prevention System
Knowledge economy brings forth knowledge management, which has been the focus of enterprise management. But management researchers lay to much emphasis on its certainty to adapt to knowledge economy and its advantages, neglecting the risks in knowledge management, let alone constructing knowledge management prevention system. Knowledge management is a process with to much risks, which include technology innovation risk, humane capital flow risk, contract risk, telltale risk, time lag risk and moral risk etc. Based on the analysis of knowledge management risks, the thesis tries to construct knowledge management prevention system to maximize the value of knowledge management.
