Analysis the Knowledge Transfer Implements and Its Countermeasures in Knowledge Alliance

In the competitive epoch, uncertainty enlarges gradually. Knowledge capital takes place physical capital becoming the key element in firms competition. Owing to the characteristics of knowledge, firms can never own all the knowledge by themselves, Knowledge alliance becomes the rational choice, of which knowledge transfer is an important aim. Though intra-organizational knowledge transfer has been placed enough attention, inter-organizational knowledge transfer hasnt earned enough recognition. As a new organizational mode, knowledge alliance gives knowledge transfer a perfect platform. On analyzing the process of knowledge transfer in knowledge alliance, the thesis dwells on the obstacles in knowledge alliance and puts forward knowledge transfer mechanism to on conquer knowledge transfer difficulty in knowledge alliance.
