Economics Analysis of Transformation of Scientific and Technical Results

摘要：

The article thinks, under the market economy condition in China, there is less acknowledgement of the transformation of Scientific and Technical Results (STR). So this paper takes the DS methods for economic in anglicizing the real transformation of STR. And it discusses the terms for increasing the STR from the low conversion ratio present to a high radio, and at the same time, gives out some policy recommendations.
