The Intelligent Resource Management Based on the Benefits of Technological Innovation
The concept of the intelligent resource management (IRM) is a theoretical result due to the interaction of knowledge management and human resource management. It has been widely concerned by management theorists and practitioners. Nowadays it is generally accepted that intelligent resources (IR) are imperative in the activities of human technological innovation in the 21st century. IRM has become the crucial factor that affects the results of technological innovation (TI) in the information age. The work presented in this paper focuses on the application of IRM into TI aiming at promoting the beneficial results of TI through IRM. Thus, these two aspects are closely linked with each other. The qualification of ability and intelligence on the individual-based level will be integrated into the force at the core of TI on the organization-based level. In the course of the elevation of the results of TI, the fluid intelligence is used to solve the unusual difficulty of the fundamental innovation of products and the solid intelligence is exploited to pioneer the train of thought of the gradual progressive innovation of process. What is more, a case has been analyzed to demonstrate that the IRM can help the success in implementing each step of the chain of the result of TI. Therefore, it is concluded that the transformation of IRM will bring about autonomous TI, imitative TI and collaborative TI. Then a prospect is made to the other questions about this research field of IRM based on the results of TI that should be resolved imperatively.
