Enterprise Technological Innovation and Management of Intellectual Resources

摘要：

Various intellectual resources of different sorts and levels play different parts and assert different effects during the technological innovation in enterprises. Only if these resources form a reasonable interdependent structure and relationship under an effective and organic mechanism, they can produce integrative and functional optimization, which works well among different levels of intellectual resources and provides a better guarantee for them. This paper explores the organic connection among the intellectual resources of different classes and levels on the theoretic basis connected with information technology, management of knowledge and human resources. This paper also uncovers the interior and exterior essentials restraining their effectiveness and proposes integrated tactics and measures of optimizing intellectual resources during the process of enterprise technological innovation. The research of the above issue will play a significant part in improving the ability of technological innovation.
