The Economic Analysis of Training for Chinese Competent Personnel of Navigation

摘要：

This paper primarily analyzes the status quo of the education for competent navigating personnel and clarifies the main problem of the imbalance between supply and demand of the personnel. Thereafter it further makes the analysis of the curves of supply and demand of the senior personnel of navigation from an economic point of view. Finally the author concludes with suggestions to resolve the contradiction between supply and demand.
