Study on Management of Knowledge in Project Teams

摘要：

Knowledge resource in project teams is the base, of project execution and the headspring of competitive advantages of an organization. The paper analyzes four hypotheses of knowledge management in project teams, and discusses project knowledge flow. Further, two main patterns of project knowledge transfer are studied, which gives reference for the organization to manage knowledge in project teams.
