Knowledge Convening & Fermenting Model

Despite of the fact that knowledge management has become the focus of current literature and management practice, the core process of knowledge has not been identified. After comparing the process of knowledge movement and that of fermenting, we put forward a new model -knowledge convening & fermenting model. In this paper, we thoroughly analyze the biotic attributes of knowledge, the elements of knowledge convening & fermenting model, and show how knowledge increase is realized through that model.
