The Mode of Organizational Learning Based on Task Implementation: A Conceptual Framework

As one of corporate core competencies, organizational learning is becoming a major concern to researchers and practitioners. This paper studies the model of organizational learning. This issue regards the adjustment of organizing method during task-implementation as the learning unit. Impediments and difficulties in this process are discussed. Some suggestions are made to eliminate these impediments.
