The Development of Chinas Local Science & Technology: Regional Innovation Platform

摘要：

China has an unbalanced science and technology development. So it makes sense for regional innovation systems construction. In this paper, a platform approach is introduced. An innovation platform is derived from studies and analysis of former platform conceptions. And a regional innovation platform is an extension of innovation platforms. Regional platform is proved to be efficient and effective in evoke the dynamic of regional innovation potentials. And the platform strategy is suggested to Chinas situation.
