The Technological Learning During the Forming of IT Industrial Cluster in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China

摘要：

First of all, the paper briefly reviews the related theories of the forming of industrial cluster at present. And it points out that a few theories cant explain the forming of industrial cluster in some areas and the limitation of those theories. Then it analyses the forming and the mechanism of the industrial cluster in DongGuan GuangDong province China, and also the technological learning during the forming of industrial cluster. At last, it analyses and summarizes the characteristics of technological learning during the forming of industrial cluster.
