On the Mechanism of Hi-tech Industrial Clusters Constant Innovation in China

摘要：

The paper deals with the mechanism of hi-tech industrial clusters constant innovation. It analyzes the constitutions of the mechanism which include the drive mechanism, intellective colony gathering mechanism, technological community forming mechanism, innovative group producing mechanism, technology mutual melt and industrial cooperation and interlinking mechanism, clusters innovative ecosystem forming mechanism, innovative culture controlling and guiding mechanism. In addition, the paper presents a systematic network of mechanism.
