Study on Strategy for Building Universitys Scientific Research Team
In the operation of universitys scientific research team the key factor of being lasting to cooperate between key member of the team is responsibility, right and profit are defined and operation is standard and by procedure. The operation of deeper level is, in the management of scientific research policy on the school aspect, approval of the function of key members supporting role of the team by nature and ration, thus dispel the unfavorable factor that some roles are absent, green leaves function of key member unable to function for a long time and actively. It is discussed that the operation inside the team is standardized and according to the law, meanwhile, at the external policy, in view of achievement and project setting up, every member of the team who is not the first person will be approved by the ration with contributing coefficiecy, acknowledged their contribution. The result of the first person can also be obtained through coefficient accumulating, thus supporting roles promotion and being on duty will not be influenced etc. So the team can be stabilized, and the scientific research team of the university can do strongly and greatly.
