Analysis on Key Elements of Industry Cluster Gradual Progressing

摘要：

Industry Cluster is an important organizational form of economic development; the formation and development have its specific inherent mechanism. Traditional Industry Cluster and high-tech Industry Cluster are two basic forms of Industry Cluster. This article analyses the gradual progressing law in terms of key elements of Industry Cluster and the reason of gradual progressing. And put forward that from traditional Industry Cluster to high-tech Industry Cluster it developed round the production factors.
