Two Level Programming Research into Regional Logistics Lines Net Setting
Traditionally vehicle optimization scheduling problem is considered by the researchers from the angle of the logistics or transportation company. From the angle of the regional government, many researchers consider the problem of optimizing the structure and the capacity of the logistics lines sub-system in order to maximum the regional social benefit. The reaction of the logistics enterprises to the concrete layout project of the logistics lines is ignored in the method. Based on this we analyze the goals of setting logistic lines from the angles of the government and the logistics enterprises. The stackelberg model with two levels can be established. In the concrete algorithm we adopt the synthesis simulation method together with the optimization algorithm based on ANN, sensitive analysis of nonlinear programming and multi-object programming replacement rate. The correctness of the system game model can be tested by the example.
