Key Success Factors of Complex Products and System Innovation in China

摘要：

The Complex Product System(CoPS), which has been enabling the European economy to contend against the mass production of U.S.A, has a great impact on the National Competition. This paper considers the factors which caused the failure of the tradition product innovation and the existed research results of the innovation in Complex Product Systems, then put forward a three-dimensional criteria of performance. Based on the great amount of positive researches existed, we identify the key factors which decide the success of innovation. in CoPS through Factor Analysis and Regression Analysis.
