The IT Structure of Group Companies: A View from Corporate Governance

摘要：

For most companies, especially those with a group of subsidiary companies, the combination of management and IT applications become more difficult. This paper discusses the IT structure for group companies in view of corporate governance: The key principles for IT structure design include: understanding business requirements, differentiating the constructing period and after-construction period, changing IT structure according to the corporate governance. The successful IT structure can help to make full use of IT resources and get appreciated financial results.
