Implement Technology of Tibetan Input Based on Windows Mobile

摘要：

Due to great differences on development of Windows Mobile and Windows Desktop Platform and Windows CE input technologies, through analysis on Windows Mobile input technology, the paper proposed a method to realize Tibetan Input on mobile phone based on Windows Mobile 6.1 and 6.5 Platform.
