H∞ State Feedback Control for Networked Control Systems with Random Communication Delays
This paper is concerned with H∞ state feedback control problem for networked control systems with random communication delays. Here the random communication delays exist both from the sensor to the controller and from the controller to the actuator which are modeled as a function of stochastic variables satisfying Bernoulli distributed white sequence. By using a novel model with random delays, the effect of the random delays on the system performance is studied. The state feedback controller is designed to stabilize the closed-loop system with random delays and with a prescribed H∞ performance bound. An example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
