The Research on the Leadership System of Coordination and Responsibility for CCP and Administration in Universities and Colleges

摘要：

The leadership system in universities have not been clarified for a long time, as a result, we can observe a situation that the responsibility of CCP and political organizations is not clear and they just do the work in their respective way. Combined with the mode of taking common responsibility for CCP and administrative organizations in HPU, their main actions, practical achievements and directions, the paper discusses the issue of strengthening the system of responsibility taking for both CCP and administrative organizations, in order to bring more attention to it and the thought on its strategies.
