Research of the Level of Development of Higher Vocational Education in Henan Province

Higher Vocational Education System in Henan Province has not yet been fully established, one of the most outstanding aspects is the hierarchical structure, the higher vocational education in Henan Province only reaches the level of technological academy,consideringall the factors of the development of higher vocational education, which should undergraduate in further level, including masters and doctoral-level. In thispaper. It draws experience from higher vocational education in Taiwan Province-level development, I study the possibility of the development of undergraduate level of the higher vocational education in Henan Province.
