Development Orientation Study of the Local Undergraduate Universities
Each school is an integral part of the countrys education system, and therefore, the effective allocation of educational resources and structural optimization can only be achieved by reasonable orientation and cooperation of all types of schools at all levels. However, local institutions, the main body of a countrys higher education system, are blindly upgraded and expanded, with its function shifting from academic study to technique practice and ignoring its local characteristics. It results in a waste of educational resources. Therefore, the local undergraduate institutions must be developed its own characters under its circumstance, winning its local prestige and support.
